Shipping policy

Delivery: Shipment of live plants and products will occur between Monday and Thursday each week by Fastway Postal Service.

*South Island Delivery: We don't process orders from Thursday - Sunday due to plants being stored for too long at depots over the weekend. For example orders will be sent out on Monday if ordered between Thursday - Sunday.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically sent to your email when the order has been processed. With our advanced tracking system, customers can easily monitor the progress of their packages from the moment they are picked up until they reach their final destination.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.

We do not ship internationally due to agricultural regulations.

Returns: We do offer returns on live plants, and products if you're 100% not satisfied. Please contact us with any concerns by sending us an email to desertcreeknz@gmail.com
